Lots of options

I had this washer installed in early October and have been pretty happy with it ever since. It is my first HE washer and it took a little getting used to the different operating noises and the longer cycles, but it does a very good job and offers a lot of cycle options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The washer combines the best of both worlds with an actual agitator combined with New ester saving technology. It does wrinkle clothes more than a regular though. Water saver.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I wanted a basic top-loader, as I had been very happy with my previous (competitor brand) washer. However, I have found that this constantly twists my clothes around the agitator and have even found small holes in clothing. Yet the clothes are not getting clean! (Sometimes, they don't even smell clean!) I am very unhappy with this washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good washer

I've had this washer for the past three months. It's a good washer with lots of good features, like Precise Auto Fill. It determines how much water you need to use. The only thing I don't like about the washer, is that if you change your mind and want to use a different level of water, it releases all of the water currently in the machine and starts over. That's a waste of water in my opinion. Other than that, it does a good job of cleaning my clothes.

I bought this machine out of necessity and it has provided for my needs. It does not have all of the bells and whistles of a high dollar machine (which I was used to) but it is simple to use and works well!
