Gets the Clothes Clean

Faster than my old washer. I only wish it showed the time remaining for each cycle. Really like the extended spin--cuts dryer time way down. Great for people who prefer a top loader with an agitator, as I do. The top loading HE washers I tried never got my clothes clean. This washer gives you more control over process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While we are rated as a "commercial" user, I point out that we are 4 single/widowed ladies and one married couple, all over 55. The washer gets much less use than a family raising children would see. The control panel had to be replaced in less than 90 days. This is certainly not what I expect from your brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this washer. It does make some weird noises but the owners manual states that the noises are normal.

Unexpected Vibration Noise

The washer vibrates and makes a vibration noies in the spin cycle even when empty. We were not expecting this and are disappointed. Also disappointing is the fact that there is no indication of the time remaining in any cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the many wash options

Quiet and efficient. Lots of choices for water level, etc. Some of the clothes that I "line dry" instead of putting them in the dryer need to be pressed a little. So the wringer part must work better than my old machine. I still like having an agitator.
