I bought this washer October 2014. I wanted something that aloud me to select my water level. We have well water so the price of water is not an issue. This machine allows you to select your load size or use the Precise fill auto-load sensing. I can not select my water level, however, If I put the dial on supper load it fills the machine half full with water. I love the large capacity stainless steel basket. One of the most important purchasing decision for me was that I am able to wash my waterproof mattress cover. Most new machines don't allow for waterproof objects. The permanent press wash cycle uses a low spin which you have to use for your waterproof items. The only thing that would make this machine better is if I could select a full tub of water. I am just not comfortable washing a queen size comforter with less water and therefor have not yet tried it. The machine makes unusual noise but the owners manual says that it will do that. If someone is looking for an agitating machine, in my opinion this is the best one on the market. Great machine!!

Had this washer for 3-6 months and it is the 2nd one we had and it also spins like it is going into space. If I knew I could get a full refund for it right now I would! It spins way too noisy. Never had a washer this way, it all but walks away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't say a lot for this machine. We replaced a 22 Year old machine and felt that we got rid of a better machine, BIG MISTAKE!
