Great Washer! Large capacity!

We bought this in Feb 2015 and waited a bit to be able to write an honest review. I was pretty hesitant on going with a HE machine because I am not big on change, but I found it's not so bad. After going back and forth with many different models and other people's reviews, I decided this was the washer for our family. Some people said it was loud, made too many odd noises, but I personally think its noise level is pretty standard for an appliance that has a job to do, like cleaning clothes. I love that there are many different washing options and you can select what fits your needs based on garments you're washing. While this machine has sensor options available, I am old school, and just go with manual selections. The capacity on this machine is great, and it's very deep as far as being a top loading machine goes. I have to admit that while washing clothes is not the highlight of my day/life, I do get pretty happy when I use this machine. Maybe because it's new? Maybe because there are so many options? Whatever the case, I enjoy this machine and have done many loads of laundry since it was delivered. Our loads of wash vary between towels, bed sheets, mixed clothing, and full/queen size comforters. We also bought the GE Gas Dryer as well, model # GTDP490GD6WS, and are very pleased with that as well. If you're looking for new appliances, or are an old school agitator machine lover like myself, this would be an excellent choice to go with. I am very pleased with our purchase.
