Disappointed!

We have been very disappointed in this washer. We have found it often leaves black marks on our clothing. A repair tech came and told us exactly how to operate the washer, what amount of detergent, using the second rinse cycle, etc. to fix this problem. However, his advice has not solved this problem. This machine also vibrates way too much even though the machine was leveled by the repair tech and it looks perfectly level using a level tool. Last of all, this machine takes a lot of time to do each load, greatly extending the wash day for my wife.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple and Great for the Price

I purchased this machine as a replacement for my HE washer I purchased about 2.5 years ago. The HE unit was pricey, broke and they said it would cost more to continue to fix than replace. So, I decided I wanted to go old school. Obviously not all the bells and whistles of the newer models. Cleans great and hopefully will last much longer than my last washer!

I bought just 5 months ago and it is leaving stains on my clothes, I have to call for repair, however, I would like for a replacement. I have always used GE for most of my appliances, this one has let me down.

This washer has been doing an excellent job, it's quite and holds a lot of clothes. Very easy to use and saves us money with its energy efficient cycles. Great washer for the money!
