Had it one month and called repair man. Vibrated terribly when spinning. Replaced a part and its fine

Center Agitator Washer

I bought this washer because I feel that the clothes come cleaner with an agitator. I replaced a top load machine that did not have the agitator and I like this one better. The only thing that would make this machine better was an end signal.

Rips/cuts/ tears the fabrics of my clothing

I bought my washer and dryer just over 5 weeks ago, we bought the one most like our last GE washer and dryer which we had for 10 years. These are louder and rips my clothes and tear my sheets and blankets - I am horrified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't make as much noise as the old one.

This washer has a very deep tub. Thankfully, the tub will let you turn is freely when removing clothes or I wouldn't be able to reach the bottom in the back. I am only 5 foot 3.
