I am happy with this product except sometimes spaghetti straps get caught under the agitator! Other than that it is a great machine!!

Great So Far!!!

Bought the machine about 4 months ago to replace a machine from a competitor that died after only three years of moderate use. My daughters machine died about a month ago and my wife has been doing our laundry and my daughters as well for the past month. She does a load almost every day and so far our new GE washer has been performing flawlessly. We are very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delicate Cycle AND Handwash Cycle - THANKYOU

I love my new washing machine. My primary requirement was to have a "delicate" AND "hand wash" option and this one does. I love that it handles large loads of laundry (so large that I sometimes have to stand on my tip-toes to reach the stubborn sock or two that remains at the very bottom - it gives my husband a good laugh :)) I had read some complaints about the Automatic Load Sensing feature and I find that, if you have large, bulky loads of towels, rugs, comforters, etc., it is best to manually choose the amount of water to use. That is the first thing addressed in the Quick Start Guide of the instructions. This is the best washing machine I've ever purchased!

have to put thru spin cycle again after load stops.Checked manual and am doing everything correctly.would not buy again!

Poor Performance

I bought this product nearly one year ago, and am totally dissatisfied. The water settings do not work properly, i.e. tub only fills half way for super sized load, and items get caught on bottom of fins causing damage. Balance is also off. I was told upon installation that washer is self-balancing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
