I love this washer I was hesitate about the feature that loads water based on the size of your load but love it as it saves time and money by not using more water than needed.

I put the machine on the delicate cycle to wash some lite weight curtains, they were shredded. The agitator popped off, tore the fabric softener off and shredded it. I never had a machine that would not wash curtains.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORST WASHER EVER!!

I purchased this washer 4 months ago and wished I hadn't. The way it agitates it twists all of the clothes around so they become twisted like they were being rung out. They twist around each other and come out with tight wrinkle lines from the motion. It is hard to pry them out of the washer and even then when they come out the dryer, they still have heavy vertical wrinkles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very pleased right away with this washer! I read reviews before I purchased it and all were positive! This washer was installed in my kitchen and you don't even know it is running!
