This was just installed today and I think it is the best washer I have ever used. Lots of settings for any type load you could need. Very quiet and the clothes come out much drier than they did on our previous washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven't had this machine but about 3 1/2 weeks now but so far so good. It's a simple machine to operate and looks nice. Pleased with the product so far.

agitator does a great job

I have used the washer 10 times and now my laundry is clean again. We bought a washer that had no agitator and it never did the job, it was quiet through all the cycles if the clothes went in dirty they came out the same, warranty expired and a few days the washer did too. Anyway, this washer is louder but my clothes are clean, thanks for keeping agitators in washing machines.i almost didn't say that it is easy to use and the best part is you can open the lid and pop in something you forgot and see your washer in action.we tried the other kind of washer and it failed so we are back with what works, expensive lesson to learn but we did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's been over a month since I purchased this machine and it washes beautifully. Some people mentioned issues with performance and use, but the instructions are easy to follow with the option to choose water levels or auto-sense levels. The washer works exactly as it should. Well done GE!

I love the sensor setting for water level. It helps me use only the amount of water I need. The drum is very deep and wider than most. The drum top has a wide lip to prevent socks from going over the top. I love that! The machine runs quieter than I expected.
