I bought this last year just before christmas and i love this washing machine. I love all the different water levels and the more washing types.

It is ok, but would not buy it again

It takes about 50 to 55 minutes to wash a load of clothes. This is too long compared to my previous washer. It also spins the the clothes so much during rinses that they are all like a big rope around the spindle. This excessive spinning has caused towels and some other clothing to start coming apart..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this washer when moving into my new home. We had a limited amount of space with which to work and this washer fit the bill it works great and is a real work horse. I love that it's pretty basic with less computer upgrades to fail.

How can I return for better product! The washing machine is on second floor and it bands so loud it disturbs the house so much we have to turn it off during. The rinse cycle.
