will not respond to my commands. it will fill to small load even though it is set to super load. I have to drain & fill again to get a super load!!

We've been using this for a few months now, and it's a good washer. I like that it has a fabric softener dispenser, as many don't anymore; however, even the double rinse cycle does not prevent the softener from staining clothes. Also, the gentle cycle is not as gentle as it could be, as it has put holes or otherwise misshapen delicate fabrics. It's also a pretty loud machine - glad our laundry room has a door.

Love The Fact It Has An Agittor

Works fine. Bought specifically as my wife wanted a washer with an agitator after using a low water, agitator-less HE machine for a year. No complains.
