I bought this washer 5 months ago and couldn't be happier! I love all the load sizes and other options. It even has delicate cycles... No more hand washing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible washer

I have had this for about six months and truly hate it. I intentionally bought a washer with a really large capacity but this gets so little water in it, even when set at the highest level, that you can only wash a few items at a time. Otherwise, they do NOT get clean. Plus, you can't set the wash and rinse temperatures differently, so if you want a hot water wash you also get a hot water rinse. It is also really hard on the clothes, ties them in knots and seems to damage them more frequently than my old washer. With the water reduction requirements in all new washers, I think you have to get a front-loader if you want the clothes to actually get clean.

Better than expected

Have had this washer about four months and so far so good. It handles a king size comforter and my beaded hand washable tops. Love the auto fill as a water saver and clothes still come out clean. Now if the dryer would just die so I could upgrade to great new features like on the washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not very satisfied

I was so hopeful! However, most of the water levels seem to be the same except for small load level. There is no way you could wash a king size comforter in this washer and feel that it really got cleaned. I'm even doubtful that my typical load of towels for a family of four get really cleaned. I'm disappointed. I was told by store that all washers have gone to this water level auto sensors and that this one will give the more water than most because I can turn water sensor off, which is why I bought it. I'm not convinced my clothes are getting clean and I've done twin and queen comforter in it and would never put a king in it. Which is another reason I bought this one...I have two king comforters. The water doesn't even cover half of the two smaller comforters so I'm not sure how it's "getting really clean"? I feel that I have to do more loads than with my old washer because of the smaller water levels. I would take my old washer back and run it into the ground if I could before having one of these new water level auto sensor washers. My friend tried to convince me to get her front loader and now I'm wondering if I should have. I also feel that the water level has dropped a couple inches in the last couple weeks which seems odd to me. I didn't have a problem paying for the water and electricity I used with my old washer. Now I pay more because I'm breaking up loads to assure they get clean.

need to add 5 gallons water after it stops filling itself or else it wont wash good. I have
had it more than a year. if you add the water it washes excellent. If you dont add the water clothes come out as dirty as when they went into machine but now are soapy. its very quiet. has no buzzer to let you know its finished.
