Snagged Towels

I have used the towel cycle and found that my towels were snagged. I now only feel safe using the delicate cycle. GE provided a replacement motor but without an explanation of what was causing this problem. I would like this questioned answered before I replace the original motor.

Easy to Use, Quiet Sound

I enjoy this model with a simple display panel and controls. The sounds are low compared to Speed Queen washers. My next washer will be a GE!

Washer cleans clothes very well---spins them very dry (cuts down on dryer time). Physical size of the machine is great--fits well in my laundry room--yet can take a good sized load.

Back to Clean Clothes

I purchased this to replace an HE top loader (not GE) that could not be fixed after 1 year. I went back to an agitator because 1) we live on a farm and 2) we get really dirty. I felt like our clothes got cleaner with an agitator, and I was right. I love this machine. No bells or whistles. You have to move a few knobs to get to your wash load specifications (not automatic) and the load size smaller than my HE but we have clean clothes in less time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Precise Fill washer

I have one issue. The precise fill doesn't seem to b working. I've already been with online chat with an issue with my dryer an have a service tech coming this week! Awesome customer service!!!!

Washer takes longer to wash

No information on wash cycle times. According to Manual you only need to use White cycle for everything so why have all those other cycles. Owners manual very poor. Does not tell you where to set dial for cycle does not explain different soak cycles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
