Easy to operate

I appreciate the quiet operation, and it seems to do a good job, my only complaint is that I like to soak clothes that have a lot of organic matter and staining, but even when I use the highest water setting, the clothes aren't completely submerged unless I only fil the washer to half or two thirds capacity. Then the washer automatically completes the wash cycle 24 hours later.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this washing machine to replace an old machine. I LOVE the very deep stainless tub. Another thing I like about this washer is how well it spins. I notice that I don't have to dry the clothes as long now.

Damages clother

I have found that the clothes get terribly tangled up and I have even had one shirt with two buttons torn off and a foot long tear that ruined the shirt. There is residue left on the clothes so it makes it impossible for me to dry the clothes on the clothesline and this is even after doing extra rinse cycles. I had a load of towels go off balance and I was glad I was close by to stop the machine before it got ruined. I am really trying to like this machine but it is a huge disappointment. I can't help but wonder if I need to just use the delicate cycle so the clothes don't get ruined anymore.

Great washer

I bought this as a basic top-loading washer, choosing this one because of the stainless steel basket; if works well, has all the options a normal person needs, and actually does a great job of washing, unlike the front-loaders.

Easy To Operate

I've had a few months now and so far so good. The main reason I bought it was because it wasn't a front load. I was sold when I saw it had a full size agitator!! I can easily wash my queen size comforter. It has turn knobs and a start button. I didn't want anything with a bunch of things I'd never use. So far I love it.

Internal leaking, controls gone bad, wash cycle times nearing 90 minutes, bad transmission, machine dead within 2 1/2 years. Buyer beware
