Too rough on my clothes

Makes so much noise I can hear it all over the house. Sounds like a 30 year old clunker truck. I had a GE Mini Basket decades ago and it was a great machine. This one is beyond awful. Takes forever to do a cycle, about an hour, but then I can't be sure because there is no TIME DISPLAY on the machine. The delicate cycle has my clothes wrinkled like towels. I am very disappointed and will NEVER buy another GE washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this washer last December. Everything I wash comes out so wrinkled I have had to resort to ironing again - even when I wash in the delicate mode. The clothes come out so wrinkled you could not wear without putting in the dryer (which I am not probed to do) or ironed. Also because the super load doesn't fill with water to the top, I now have to wash twice as many loads as I did with my old machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE top-loading washer, Great Machine

I am very happy with this washer, It has a lot more settings than my old washer, and some I will probably never use.It gives you the choice of water temps more than hot and cold, and the size of wash you have other than large or small. I really like the auto water fill level. The machine is quiet and on the final spin, the clothes come out so spun dry that it saves on the amount of time I need to dry them. I bought his GE because it matched the dryer I had purchased 4 or 5 years ago, now I have a matching pair for the most part.
