Great Running Washer

I've had this washer for about four months now and I have to say I am glad we purchased this brand. It is very quiet and gets the clothes noticeably clean. If we have an extra large load, we have to make sure to put it on the extended spin feature, otherwise we have to run it on the drain and spin cycle again to get all the water out of the clothes. This happen mostly when washing large loads of towels or heavy jeans. Besides that, it runs perfect. If you do plan to buy this model, please make sure you have a fairly low drain, as the hose for the water to drain is on the bottom of the washer. We had to buy an extension hose, as the one that came with the washer was not long enough to reach our drain that was high off the floor.

After extensive research I purchased this model of washing machine. I have not been let down. It runs great. It is efficient and quiet. My clothes come out clean . I have many settings to choose from. I got exactly what I was looking for.

Bought it 10/01/13 and now (June 2016) it started tripping circuit breaker on each attempt to spin. So I guess motor or control assembly passed away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased 6 months ago, run an average of 4 loads per week, only one minor problem - controls malfunctioned and had to be reset - covered in owners manual. Have not been able to completely remove the adhesive material that held the sticker on the front of the machine. Would recommend an end of cycle buzzer like the one on the dryer.

I've had GE wshers and dryers for over 21 years. All the appliances in my house are GE. I've had them all for over 21 years.

I really like the fact that it senses the level of water you need based on the amount in the washer. It's also so quiet that I sometimes think I didn't turn it on.

I bought this washer 2 months ago and I'm happy I did because it's made my life easier. Overall it's a great washer it does what it's supposed to do. Clothes come out clean and it's easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because it is a little louder on the spin cycle and the fill per each load is off. For an medium load you have to put it on large load or the water will be to low.
