I love the size of the drum. It is so much larger than my old GE washer. The load sensor is wonderful. I use that feature constantly.

Good machine - Wierd Noise

Bought in December. Has energy saver water feature which I value and does seem to have saved me some money on gas for hot water. Machine does a good job but frequently makes an odd clicking sound as it is washing. I have made a video of it making the noise, which I will bring to the store where I purchased it (independent dealer) for their service manager to view.

ACTUALLY SOAKS CLOTHES WITH WATER, AGITATES THEM, AND CLEANS THEM THOROUGHLY. I'M DONE WITH EXPENSIVE HE WASHERS. THIS IS A SWEET MACHINE.

Bought this washer yesterday as the old one finally quit. Easy to install, however was not pleased that they did not supply new hoses. No problem as I used the old hoses. Have been putting it through a test as I've done 5 loads of laundry today. Does make a few noises during operation but manual says that these are normal. No big deal there. So far I am pleased with this product.

I really like the ability to choose the maximum water level. I also really like the soaking feature and the second rinse. This machine does a super job cleaning the nastiest clothes you ever saw!

very noisy, but works very well

We have had this washer for several months now. for the most part have had no problem with it. Does take some getting used to because I am used to the old washers. Sometimes it seems it does not fill with enough water, but I was told this was normal because it is a he washer.. For the most part I really like the washer. But, it is very noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
