Great Buy So Far

Seems to be a good washer so far. We bought and installed within one hour. I like the settings and the option to add water. Not just the automatic weight level. It has lots of different settings for clothing types or additional items.The only thing I don't like so far is the lid is magnet sensor so if you use softener you will have to get water from a sink or wait till the washer fills to get water to add to the softener compartment in the agitator. It would be nice to be able to push the button for the lid to get water. I wanted a plain washer. This fits the bill. I traded from a front loader. They are a total waste of time and money.

Does the Job, But Not for Long

We bought this washer three months ago and have had to have the drain pump replaced already. We do at least one load of laundry a day - have two high school boys. I thought we researched and bought a heavy duty/tough washer, but I am very disappointed that we already had to have it repaired (which took about three weeks).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this washer for several months now & very happy with it. Like the delicate and hand wash options. "Auto-load sensing" is so handy - set it and forget it. Controls easy to use.

so many options that it is confusiing to use

I received this as a replacement through my home warranty and it sounded alright when it was described to me. It seemed to have all the desired features. However, even using HE detergent and a second rinse, my white clothes are looking dingy.It allows so little water on any setting that I have to wash very few clothes at a time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The high-efficiency feature that weighs the load and determines the optimal amount of water is really effective! It only adds enough water to cover the clothes.
This model has all the features that I want and use in a washing machine, plus one that I didn't know I wanted: a special setting for sheets and towels that includes some soaking periods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely HATE this washing machine. I can only put it on one setting and expect it to work, although the machine shows several. It goes off balance alot with hardly any clothes in it. Does not spin out completely. Leaves suds on clothes. I HATE IT.
