Solid Basic Washer

I purchased this washer about three months ago. It replaced a GE model over 14 years old. This washer is surprisingly quiet plus it cleans clothes with much less water. It does not have all of the latest features (steam, etc.) but I am very pleased and have no regrets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem with this machine I'd that no matter what setting it does not fill with enough water to slosh clothes properly. Huge tub but the most it will fill is 1/2 way. I had serviceman come out. He stated that this is correct. The machine is supposed to be a water saver. I always add a little chlorine bleach to my wash as a sanitizer. Even add a little bleach to colors, just a very little. But, I have ruined a dress, a sheet and a few other items due to the fact that they float or rather are not submerged in the wash water when the bleach is released. I know because you can use a magnet on the right hand side under the lid to allow the machine to rub with lid open so I could monitor what was happening during each cycle. I would not recommend the wave type machine to anyone.
