This is the third machine in two years and the second in 3 months. And this one had to be serviced already. Will not ever buy a GE brand again

no mater how much clothes i put in it it the water level stays the same.. small med large ex lg.. I want to be able to control the water level. don't like the washer do it for me. It doesn't even cover the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the washer, but have one issue. The lid does not stay up without propping open.

Great Washer

With all the available choices in washers, we were a little hesitant to buy a new machine, but after 20+ years of service our old totally manual machine finally gave up the ghost so necessity dictated we take the plunge. We decided on GE because it wasn't the typical HE machine. Just some of the reasons we love this GE washer are the option of using auto-fill or manually selecting the load size. It uses a more vigorous agitation than does the typical "just kind of sloshes back and forth" motion of other HE machines. There are numerous settings for the type of load and water temperature, the spin cycle almost completely dries the load, and most importantly our clothes are CLEAN when the wash cycle ends. This is a great machine!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
