Don's waste your money!

This washer has ben a major diappointment. It is very noisy in every cycle. It does not have just a SOAK option that you can leave an item in for long amounts of time, either. I have given this washer every challenge and it has failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The water level has a lot to be desired

We have the repair man out 3 times, and finally a repair analyst, trying to get the water level up to get a clean load. The pressure velve is up as far as possible so the highest the water fills is 8-10" from the top. So must wash in smaller loads capacity, so clothes have water to agitate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Within two weeks of purchase, it started making grinding noises when washing. It's a poorly made product.

I like this washer okay. However, by putting the soap and the clothes on top and then filling stained some of my clothes.

I've only had this a day but have washed 3 loads already. I love the variety of setting and know that I will get use out of them.
