worst machine I've ever owned

Dark clothes always come out of wash with white streaks on them. I always use clear, liquid detergent and pour it into the water before the clothes go in, but that hasn't helped.
Too often, the washer doesn't drain after the final rinse cycle and the clothes are sopping. I have to manually reset the rinse and spin cycles. The clothes are never bunched to one side so it's not that something inside the washer was too heavy. and it happens way to often for it to be that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice washer for the price

works great, only problem is the cheap design of the plastic drain hose assembly from drain pump to exterior wall of washer, almost impossible to replace drain hose with another universal hose kit. ext. hose kit can't clamp on to anything. hose slides into interior hose port and just sits there, leaks all the time

Wrinkled clothes

Have the washer for one week and all the clothes come out wrinkled. Not happy about that.

Bought this washer because it had a water level that I could choose the amount of water (large load, extra large load, etc) and had an agitator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting used to features

Agitator only turns a small amount. Should be easier on the clothes. Thought something was wrong with the agitator. Called for service and they explained it would be slow and to use normal setting to get more aggressive agitation. Also to only use He laundry detergent. Wish store would have told us this. Not what we really wanted but will have to settle with it till next time.
