After one month washer started to leak water,repairman had to replace tub,motor and related parts due to water leaking.Excessive noise in spin cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Automatic water level is the best.

I have had GE appliances for many years and love my new clothes washer. The automatic water level is the best new feature. No longer do I have to judge heavy or extra heavy loads. The sheets and towels cycle is another greatly appreciated feature.

Great Washer!

During the wash cycle, this GE washer is very quiet. I'm especially satisfied with the extra spin cycle. So much water is removed that the clothes are damp. This saves on the drying time.

Wierd loud clicks, noises and pauses

Purchased 2 months ago. Makes loud clicks and noises during cycle. Also has long pauses between clicks so I can't tell by listening whether it is done or not. The feature to auto determine the load size and hence the water needed is nice but I don't know how much detergent to use

I have never owned a washer that had to go through so many steps just to wash a load of clothes. I bought this set because I loved my old one, I won't by again.
