my son picked it out. it was a scratch and dent but I haven't seen one yet I love it cleans cloths good.

Clothes almost dry when they come out!

I had my other washer for 22 years and was very leery of trying another brand. So far, so good. Very quiet machine with great features and a very efficient spin cycle. I know I am saving money on the dryer!

Can't handle large loads

I've had this washer for 2 years. I liked it at first, probably because it was new, compared to my previous 30 year old washer. There are 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 children in this household do every load I wash is a large load. Washer gets "bogged down" when I do jeans or towels so I try not to do loads of just those items. I try to mix them in with other loads. It's very frustrating when I go to the washer expecting a load to be done only to find that u need to rerun it because the rinse cycle has been stopped. The salesman talked me into this model when I went in with my heart set on the old fashioned non-he style. I wish I had my old dinosaur washing machine back.

Biggest piece of junk ever.

Does not ever fill properly. Never balances the load. Makes loud noises. Less than 1 year old and broken down already because I can hear something loose inside that is spinning around. Does not drain all water- there is always some soap suds or residue that you can't see until after you start filling again for the next load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Twists clothes.

I have been using this washer for almost a year. I dislike it very much. It twists the clothes around each other making it extremely difficult to remove from the washer!
