GE has gone downhill on there products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a lot of good appliances from GE ,but this is not one of them. Have had nothing but problems from the start ... I can only wash full loads ,no matter what i set the selector on it always fills to the top. So i can only do full loads. Have had repairman here twice and waiting for third (part on backorder) . Also found out if pressure switch fails it can overflow and flood your house. So don't throw a load in and leave home. Dissappointed in GE on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I especially like the water saving sensor. My water bill was decreased after purchasing and using this machine. I also like the quiet operation of the motor and the stainless steel tub. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone.

This product is so quiet

I still have the capacity to do large loads of towels and sheets, but it also allows for medium and smaller loads. The cost was lower than the energy efficient models. There are ways to be energy efficient with this machine (water saving, temp, etc). so I think it's perfect for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my washer for at least 1 load a day, and after my last GE washer quit working, after having it for 15 years, there was no doubt that I wanted another GE washer. This one is very quiet and offers many washing options. I have had no problems with this washer, and just like the last one I still wash at least 1 load a day. I have had this washer for 3 months now and would make this purchase again!!

I Want My Money Back

If the sales people would of explained to me before I bought it that "Laundry Day" was going to turn into "Laundry Week", and I'd never be able to wash blankets, king size sheets, or no more than 2 pair of jeans at a time in this machine, I would of never bought it. Whats with the water level? On super load size I cant get over 4" of water in the machine. Not enough water to dissolve those convent 1" washing tablets, I had to go back to the liquid detergent, and I'm not sure that the liquid detergent gets rinsed out of the clothes ether. My Whites are not white, they have a dingy look to them now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many nice features, way to many. Would rather have some of the basic features that I can control. Idiot lights are a mess, give me the standard timer where i can select what I want to do with the machine. Having to wait for the computer to adjust is just wasting a lot of time. Takes longer to wash then average cause you are waiting for the computer. Can't really tell about how clean or how well they rinse yet, hope it works as good as they say. I ASKED GE WHY CAN'T I GET A MACHINE THAT RINSES THE CLOTHES WITH THE AGETATOR RUNNING. EXPLAIN HOW YOU CAN GET SOAP OUT OF CLOTHES WHEN THEY JUST LAY IN WATER (NO MOVING) i HAVE A PEOPLE THAT HAS TO HAVE CLOTHES WITHOUT SOAP

World's Worst Washer!!!!!!!

I have always had a GE washer. Sandy killed my last one, so I had to find a new basic no frills machine that washes and CLEANS! This machine does not use enough water, I understand conserving. But when the clothes comes out with DRY Sections I have a problem. And secondly the agitator is no agitator!! I could put my clothes in a tub and sit in the sun and bask and ever so often give the clothes a gentle swish with a paddle and get better results!
BOTTOM LINE : DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE IF YOU NEED CLEAN CLOTHES!
