Decent Machine

So far, so good. Only problem with it is the noise, lot of it. I got my own real airplane. =P

Good, but Needs Improvements

We bought this two months ago and are happy with the cleaning, various load sizes, etc. The most frustrating thing is not knowing how far along the cycle is. The dial previously move through the cycles so I could tell approximately how much longer until the load was finished (e.g. almost done with wash vs. mid-way). The dial no longer moves through the process and lights show at what stage, but not how far into that stage. It is just frustrating for me. Also there is no buzzer when the cycle finishes. The washer is VERY quiet, which is great, but that means I have no idea when the clothes are ready for drying. All in all it is good, but I would look closer at other models to see if I could get either of the two features I mentioned.

Good price for basic features

Bought 3 months ago to replace a washer that was 7 years old and leaking. While this does not have many of the advanced features of my old machine, it does the job and was a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so happy to have a washer that lets me control the water level and that has an agitator! I am more confident that clothes are clean. I hope GE continues to make this washer!

Had to purchase the GE washer because it was the only brand that fit in the space that I had for it
The washer is extremely noisy when changing cycles and you need to use an extra spin cycle in order for all the moisture to be removed.
