Quiet Operation, Excellent Cleaning

This washing machine replaced an older model that we had for years. The new machine is very quiet and uses new technology to agitate and clean clothes very effectively. The stainless steel tub is great, even though it is a bit far to reach down to the bottom. The controls are all-electronic which will take some getting used to. There is no way to change the sequence once started. If you stop the action, it drains and you need to start all over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you read the pamphlet (you received with purchase), and take the time to learn what each feature is for, this will make washing a pleasant chore. Refer to the pamphlet if you have concerns. The washer does a wonderful job; cleans clothes; spins well and surprisingly, it is not a noisy washer. Enjoy .

We bought the GE Washer and Dryer. The washer has a deep tub and a very strong spin cycle - sounds like it is getting ready to take off. Makes the clothes dry faster in the dryer. Like the fact that it does have a setting for a speed wash. The washer makes all kinds of loud, rough sounding noises though. At first we were disturbed and worried that something was wrong. However, when we read the Washer manual, we found that these noises were considered normal for this washer. The dryer tumbler is very large and is easy to load and unload. Does a good job and has several settings.

Very loud

My home warranty company replaced my washer with this one. The stainless steel tub is beautiful but honestly this is the loudest machine I've ever had. Looked up FAQs in the manual and it's just supposed to be loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great washer. It is a bit noisy from time to time in the cycle, but, overall, I am very pleased with the way the clothes come out.
