I purchased this washer two months ago and am very happy with it. It allows me to customize the cycle to accommodate whatever I am washing. It also uses less water than my previous machine without sacrifing cleaning ability.

Overall works great, like that the tub actually fills with water unlike the HE washers. Had to buy replacement agitator base. A bed sheet worked its way under agitator forcing it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't like the fact that if you make a mistake on settings (water level) it forces you to start cycle from the beginning, draining and refilling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
