Bought local...not from a big box supplier. Like to buy from the smaller stores. Average washer...sounds tinny. Hard to regulate water levels. Max load only fills to half...I expected more. Cannot wash twin comforter as was told it could handle it with ease. Had to push down and hold into existing water level for it to get wet. Do like the stainless drum. Don't know what the difference is between the cool and colors in water temperatures as they are exactly the same. Would probably not purchase this brand again but would recommend if someone is looking for basic. Bought especially for the local service.

I purchased washing machine a couple months ago. so far I am satisfied with my purchase. I like the manual control dials. very easy to use. everything is labeled on the washer on how to set your control settings.

I bought the product 3 months ago and I am very satisfied. It's high quality product especially for the price. It has a quiet sound when washing and the automatic water level is good feature for keeping your water bill low. Clean clothes very good.

Noise and vibration (which are not normal) when washing clothes. We do not overload the washer at all. It also takes too long from one cycle to another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
