I bought this on 5/12/16, one day before my wife was having surgery and needed a washer. This washer was delivered the same day and we were able to get the clothes we needed washed for the next day. We bought a GE washer for the model and price we wanted but for our ability to rely on the brand, GE. Thank youc

I found the instruction booklet confusing. I have had GE washers most of the time for the last 65 years. I really liked the washer with the small tub inside for delicate or very small loads. . I

Glad to see agitator

High efficiency didn't seem like it would clean at first. I wanted to at least have an agitator. Light, everyday soil cleans fine. With this new high efficiency approach, detergents do much of the work, probably. Don't see much agitation, mostly soaking and drum motion/spinning. Heavy soil, especially on heavy material, would probably need a traditional, moving agitator for the best clean.
