this washer is pretty quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to have a front load H E washer made by Kenmore this one I had broke down and needed a new one so I saw this top load washer made by G E for a good price not expensive as soon as I got it doesn't have a timer but it is sure quiet and it uses h e detergent for a conventional washer I like it so far
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model has a lot of features for a somewhat basic model. I like the temperature sensor which will alternate the fill water between hot and cold to achieve the correct washing temperature. I was a bit confused by the different wash selections though. The directions state that the "Whites" wash is good for everyday use regardless of colors of clothes. Definitely need to read the directions as washers and dryers seem to be getting more and more complicated.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace an "antique" model (20 + years old) It took a little while to figure out the technology but after reading the instructions things fell into place. The best things I like about it are the water saving mode & the quietness.It also seems to wash faster than my old one.

I love my new GE washing machine
