[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wrapped a sheet under the agitator, have to call service no way to remove sheet. But other than that so far it has worked flawless and done an excellent job very quiet good value for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our 12 year old top load w/ agitator GE washer finally died, my wife and I went looking for another washer. We read countless reviews on top and front loading, HE, and with or without agitator washers. We decided on this one and couldn't be happier. Hopefully this will last as long as our old GE washer. Made in America.
Some advice:
-Make sure shipping rod is removed (there should be a yellow tag on the right side of the unit near the bottom)
-Run 2 speed cycles with no clothes in the unit
-Read manual

This washer spins almost dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is quiet. It has a large tub, good for large families. It spins the clothes almost dry which means less time in a dryer. Would buy it again!

So far, so good! FYI: we have been using "he" detergents a few years with success and this unit works better than our previous, 13+ year old GE unit (it had 1 service call the last 2 months of its lifecycle). The spin cycle really wrings out the clothes, saving us drying energy. Comp shopping got us a good deal. If anything goes wrong I'll shout it out. Yes, uses less water though I typically use the manual water level. We use a liquid detergent. It performs as described and exceed our expectations.
