Cleans well, quiet, efficient.

Traded out my front end loader for this top loader and so glad I did. I have only had it a week, but have done several loads of laundry. It cleans well, rinses great. It is quiet. Does not take 1 1/2-2 hours to get a load of laundry clean like my previous front end loader from another manufacturer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we bought this washer 3 months ago. the cloths come out all twisted up. some times torn up. In spining cycle with big load the whole machine shakes and makes a loud clanging noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had previously loved my 1989 GE Profile washer/dryer set but we recently found my old washer needed a transmission. I was looking for another basic GE that would be similar and match my dryer. This one fits the bill. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that it is not exactly like my old one and also, it takes awhile to get used to using less water. I still find myself increasing the load size just so the water will cover the clothes. This washer was the right choice for me. If you want a good, dependable, basic machine.....this is for you.

This washer has all the features I was looking for. I received delivery just 4 days ago, but has used it four times. It cleans so much better than my old washer; I am extremely pleased with this product.
