Keeps pulling buttons off

This dryer has taken buttons off of shirts, pants and sweaters. They get stuck in the drum and when it spins they get yanked. I've never seen anything like it.

Very noisy machine- can hear a whining belt noise through the entire drying time.

We bought this dryer a few months ago and have had the repairman out 3 times. Apparently, the drum wasn't attached properly and it was rubbing. Hope it is corrected for good

The door seems a bit flimsy and doesn't close easily. For some reason water seems to accumulate under the dryer. Really, water?
