I am sadly disappointed with the lint trap. More lint on the inside of the door than in the lint trap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been buying GE Products for over 25 years, My last GE Dryer was still working after 14 years never had a problem it still works, The wife just wanted a new Dryer

I bought this dryer a little over a month ago and what can I say? It seems to dry the clothes well in a reasonable time. How can you ask more than that from a dryer. About the only negative was that the "end of cycle" buzzer will wake the dead, but then again, you can turn it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oh, the Lint!

This dryer does a fine job of drying my clothes. It's a little clunky-sounding and sometimes wads my clothes up into a one big ball (especially sheets), but I can live with that. The thing that really frustrates me is the lint trap which is right inside the door. Every time I open the dryer door, lint flies EVERYWHERE. It's hard to keep the clothes clean when lint scatters everywhere before I have a chance to do anything about it. Poorly designed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
