Lint filter

This dryer is nice with tons of features we'll never use. The biggest issue is the lint filter. It does not seal tightly, allowing lint to bypass it and collect on the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dryer that I replaced this GE Dryer with had lasted me 19 years. Hope this last just a long. With all the different features drying does not take as long as the old one...saving on electricity, too.

Dry's clothes, but makes a terrible racket

Everytime the dryer starts, it groans like it doesn't want to work. Then it rattles for the first 15 minutes it runs. Then it runs like it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
