Drys quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it about a month. Timer quit working, Had to call out a GE repairman and was fixed after three weeks at no charge. It drys quickly but hope there are not going to be any more problems.

Great Performance

I love the dryer as it does dry very quickly. And, the sensor is definitely helpful as my clothes don't feel "crispy" when I take them out...i.e. over-dried as with other dryers I have used. They still feel soft when I take them out and I have not used fabric softener of any kind. And just as with the matching washer, I like the variety of settings.
The only true complaint I have about the dryer is the "done" signal, as another reviewer mentioned. The first time I heard it, it scared me to death it was so loud and harsh. No way to turn it down, only off - so now I just have to try an check on the dryer every now and then. However, there is a wrinkle care setting if you are concerned about not catching it on time and having wrinkles set in (but I admit I have not yet used this setting).
I haven't really thought about the lint trap as being problematic as others have stated. Although it is flimsy, it doesn't bother me. There is some lint that gets through and it is difficult to get out of the corners, but I am fine with it.

Excellent dryer

I love the dryer

I do have two issues with this dryer. The lint filter is flimsy and is not adequate as lint has to be swept from sides and from underneath the actual filter. Also, the drum only has 3 side paddles
