Does a nice job

This dryer works well for us, only minor issue is that the lint gets a bit messy around the dryer door

We have had this dryer a little over 6 months, it is very quiet and sometimes I am not even aware it is running unless I am very close by. It is much faster at drying then my previous dryer a whirlpool, I am older and we have had several dryers in 45 years of being responsible to being the appliance purchase decision maker, we botought these as a repairman had suggested that GE was the one brand he had the least needs to repair in other types of appliances besides laundry items so we decided that same quality would carry thru to all their manufactured products, we are very glad to have made this purchase as they seem so much better then our last couple of washers and dryers, we also bought the matching washer

I've had my new washer and dryer for 3 months now and I love it. I like all the selections it has. It's very efficient as well.

Love the wrinkle care feature

Basic dryer, which is really all that I was looking for. Dries clothes quickly and like the wrinkle care feature. Didn't want to spend a lot of money so I felt is was reasonably priced. However, I was surprised that I had to purchase the electrical cord separately. What other major appliance do you buy where the cord is not included?. Seemed rather silly. I know it's been a while since I've had to buy a dryer- but really??

Our first GE of this model lasted 5 years. It was still working when we replaced it, but we just replaced our washer with a new one and decided to up date the dryer to a newer year, but the same model.
I would recommend this to a friend!
