Installation was substandard

Product had exposed wire rubbing against tub causing breaker tripping and possible electrical shock. Required 2 service calls to detect improperly installed wiring harness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Sensor Dry

This dryer had all the features I needed at a reasonable price. The sensor dry feature works well and saves time and energy. My only complaint is how frequently the end of cycle signal sounds during the last few minutes of cycle and during wrinkle care at end of cycle. It seems to sound every 1-2 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid Dryer

Bought this dryer 6 months ago. It has performed well, is quiet, and the controls are easy to understand. The lint filter although very conveniently located seems small. Overall we like the dryer very much.

This model came with the condo that we purchased. Dryer door pops open during use! Very disappointed in performance of this dryer.

Waste of Money!!!

I bought this item, about 1 year ago and it already needs a new timer and timer knob. When removing the old timer, I noticed why the knob broke (notorious for this model). It appears that the mounting bracket for the timer has a design flaw, causing the timer to be loose of one side of the bracket. Since the timer itself has a tight hard design, with each turn of the soft plastic knob, you move the timer with the knob. Over time this action causes the knob to break. Additionally, I just replaced the mate to this dryer. Nothing was wrong with the machine, except the poor performance of it. Was consistently leaving soap or fabric softener residue in the clothes and took forever to wash. I'll be happy, if I am able, to use this dryer for another six to nine months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very fast drying time, very quiet.

I am very pleased with this dryer. It has a great selection of drying options, and is exceptionally quiet. The only down side is the volume of the buzzer at cycle end.
I would recommend this to a friend!
