Basic dryer

This dryer is a very basic model. Nothing fancy. I love it. It dries my clothes well. The filter is easy to clean. Well made. If you are looking for a basic dryer this one is for you. The price is tight

Dryer stops within minutes

Will work after 15 minutes ... I guess something is too hot thats preventing dryer to stop. I cleaned the vent and the hose. Back of the dryer seems to get hot relatively fast. Do you recommend any follow up action ??

This electric dryer can withstand the test I’ve worked in steel fabricating shops and I am currently a heavy equipment mechanic and it stands up to drying my hard abused clothing......thank you

Love my dryer!

This has been an excellent dryer! I have had it for almost 7 years now. We have had to replace a fuse and the inside light after about 5 years and now the drum belt at almost 7 years. Other than that it has been great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I previously had this same dryer in gas and it would not dry my clothes as quickly as the electric version. I would use the higher settings in the gas dryer but have found that you must be careful not to set the temperature too high with electric or it will shrink your clothing. The top of the dryer is a little flimsy so do not place anything heavy on it. There are multiple settings but I have a tendency to use the quick time setting and it works fine.

Wont start a run

Recently wont start a run. Hit the button it signals that it would like to start and then just doesnt. It would appear that there are no more rotations occurring.

Horrible Knobs

Have replaced the knobs on the dryer three times. Knobs do not line up with correct cycle and have to guess what dryer cycle is on. Now new knobs will not work and having to replace the entire timing unit. Stem will not even turn with pliers. Very, very frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
