Complete garbage takes way too long to dry clothes doesn't remove any cat hair after running at least 2 or 3 times to dry a single load of laundry that is a normal size load of laundry.. I wouldn't wish this dryer on my worst enemy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect family dryer

We are a family of 4 with 2 stinky, dirty boys and one stinky dirty dad! Our washer and dryer have to be able to handle big messes and this one has stood the test of time. And the dryer is so simple to use our 5 and 10 year old work together to get the laundry done in our house! 5 out of 5 recommend!

If only the Control Knob would work!

Dryer still works after 8+ years, but the control knob keeps failing making it impossible to select the program on the dryer.

Main knob is not working

Never had any problems with this dryer. Love it. Can handle bigger loads, but I just broke my belt should be easy to fix and upkeep. Had for over 10 years.
