Excellent dryer!!!

Finally had to break down and buy a new dryer after close to 20 years with my last one! This is the perfect example of features with simplistic design! Quiet and efficient, couldn't ask for more!

Noisy Electric Dryer

This appliance was installed new just 60 days ago. It makes randon "metal-on-metal" scraping noises that seem to come from the rear and side of the clothes tumbler drum when operating the clothes dryer. When I apply hand pressure to the side of the dryer, the noise goes away. When I release pressure, the noise returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
