great washer for the price

I had my washer for about 10 months and love it. It does a great job and had no problems. Love all the cycles it has to offer to make my clothes last longer

Exactly what I need

This dryer is a great value. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the fancier models out there, but it runs quietly, quickly and gets the job done well. Our previous GE dryer lasted 8 years and we replaced it with this one.

Great dryer except.....

I've had this dryer for several months now and I am pleased with it, especially the sensor drying. The only thing I dislike is the lint filter. If you dry a load like towels or items that generally produce a lot of lint, the filter cannot contain all of it and you have lint all over the lower portion of the door and around the outside of the dryer drum. Clothes that are on the outside edge of the drum will pick up that lint. Lint will also drop onto the floor or into the laundry basket. It's not a big problem, but it is annoying. I clean the filter after each load.

I am pleased with the drying capability however the materials of the dryer are very cheap. The knobs have broken three times and the switch to one of the knobs has fallen back into the back panel of the dryer. I now cannot control the heat of the dryer. I have NEVER had this happen before and am very disappointed with the dryer overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
