I bought this dryer last fall and it's ok. I had to have GE come out to look at it as it makes some noise. I probably should have bought the more expensive one. It does dry our clothes but I don't think the wrinkle cycle works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great surprising feature: The inside light!

The dryer worked real well and quite, but a few months it started to make noise. A call to GE got the repair person over and they had to order a new tube, well the first one came in bent, you got new order. It's been fixed and works just fine, the wife likes it.. Hats off to GE folks for getting right on top of the noise.
