Knobs Had to Be Replaced

The first dryer that was delivered had to be replaced because the top of the dryer became too hot at the very beginning of the cycle. Before the dryer was even one year old, the knobs had to be replaced. They wouldn't turn and thus the dryer wouldn't start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

purchased this gas dryer in march of 2014. Have had 5 service calls on the machine.
never worked right from the first time my wife turned it on! I've always had good products with other G E appliances don't know what went wrong here Pretty disgusted.

GREAT WASHER -- LOVE IT AND ITS ALMOST A YEAR OLD

Do not need all the bells and whistles available nowdays. I have quite a few choices of water levels; a number of categories for the laundry i.e. JEANS, SHEETS AND TOWELS, PERMANENT PRESS, DELICATES, WHITES, COLORS, PREWASH, HANDWASH, SPEED WASH, DRAIN & SPIN OR SPIN ONLY AND QUICK RINSE.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Couldn't have made a better choice. I can see the difference without a doubt,no running the cycle twice to get my clothes completely dry I'm sure I'll see the difference in my nests month bill as well!

I was/am surprised and disappointed in the whining sound coming from the dryer. Thought better of GE; that they would be more quality conscious.

Sleek and sassy!

Sleek and attractive looking with a simple design that allows for easy use. Spacious drum that accommodates the big wash loads coming from its accompanying GE washer I also purchased.

Dryer Timer keeps breaking

I only had the dryer for 5 years and had to get a new one because the dryer timer kept breaking. We replaced the knob and timer once before and the same issue keeps happening. I’ll never get another GE dryer.
