No Agitator washing machine

This machine has a very large capacity & no central agitator to beat up clothes or for them to get tangled around. Using what looks like too little water, it gets clothes very clean. I only have 2 complaints: it can only be programmed for one customized "my cycle," and the "gentle/hand wash" setting cannot be set on high spin, so after the wash cycle is done I have to put it on the "spin only" cycle and wait another 12 minutes for it to be done.
Pros: very quiet and efficient
Cons: cannot set high spin on gentle:/hand wash cycle

biggest waste of money ever

This washing machine is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen in my life. I should be able to wash what I want when I want and how much I want at a time. This washing machine does not allow me to do that. If i want to wash one blanket I should be able to but this washing does not allow me to at all. It always has the error code "DC" which means its off balance or something like that. I have had service on this thing like 3 times since I bought it last January and I will say that It still does the same stuff as it done then. I will never own a digital washing machine ever again in my life. I can wash a regular load of clothing( my husbands work clothes) which consist of a couple pair of jeans, a few shirts, socks, undershirts, underwear. And I always have to remove 1 pair of jeans because of the "DC" error code when it gets to the Spin cycle then it spins and finishes no problem. It does not spin like it should. I shouldn't have to pick up clothing and still have a puddle of water on it. Now that my stupid warranty is up. Of course it has gotten way worse and now I am either stuck with it or have to buy a new one. I will not by a digital washing or one made by Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung washer

We have been transitioning all of our appliances to Samsung as we have been replacing them over the past couple of years. This washer like the rest of the Samsung appliances have not disappointed us yet. The only con with this machine is my wife is 5’3” and she has a little difficult time reaching the bottom of the tub.
Pros: Durable

Overall a decent washer, structure is plastic and steel, a little flimsy. It will take some getting use to no agitator. Longer wash cycle time takes getting use to.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: flimsy structure

Love this Machine

I gave a Front load Samsung washer ( that did a good job) to my daughter as she needed a large washer and was to replace with a smaller one . This machine was on sale for a very good price so I bought it. Holds very large loads and gets everything clean . Looks great in the laundry room and does the job right.

Clean Clothes and a Great Washing Machine

I'm extremely pleased with this washing machine. Small, medium, and large loads all work great and get my clothes, blankets, towels, etc. very clean.
We have two large dogs with long hair that gets on everything. This machine has been able to get most of the dog hair out of everything. When I take the items out of the washing machine there are sometimes a few bunches of dog hair left in the bottom of the machine. I take this as a good thing. It isn't on my clothes anymore and probably better not to go through the plumbing.
I love the computerized display and operation. It's very easy to operate and has tons of individual settings to use.
It is a very quiet machine and emits a delightful bell type noise when the cycle is finished.
Pros: Durable, stylish design, easy to use, gets clothes clean
I would recommend this to a friend!
