The washer looks amazing the features are great and it is quiet, but beyond that it was awful. It ruined sheets and clothes with bleach stains several loads after I had actually used bleach in the washer. The locking mechanism broke almost immediately after I purchased it so I was forced to wait forever for a factory service company to come out, then order a part and repair it. Then it wouldn't drain. I had the repair company come out three separate times to address this issue with the washer not draining. Overall I was left so dissatishows..... I have kids and I paid a lot of money not to have to pack up and do laundry elsewhere. Something I had to do several times for weeks on end while waiting for a repair and ultimately now... As im waiting for a new washer to be delivered .... Not this one, going with a different brand. This whole thing has cost me a lot of money and more headache ... Very disappointed!
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, ruined clothes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since buying this washer it has been one thing after another. The control board went out the minute the warranty expired so we had to pay to replace it. Then the drain pump wire harness broke, we replaced it. Three weeks later the entire drain pump broke off during a running load and apparently it was known there was a problem with the placement of the pump and WE have to pay for the kit to move the pump to the "fix" location. A little over 2 yrs old and this machine that was suppose to be so great, has cost in repairs the cost of the washer to begin with.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had nothing but problems with it! Pump problems, leaking and now motor problem! Make a lot of noise during operation. Have had them out to repair and still having issues after issue! Have other samsung product and this one is the worst out of everything we purchased! Not worth the money!
