If you sweat, these won't work for you.

I purchased these to use on my bike workouts. Turns out there is a defect. If you sweat, the headset goes into a constant vibrate mode and won't stop until the battery runs out - even if you turn it off. If you search on this issue, you will see many people are experiencing it and they aren't getting a resolution from LG. I would try a different brand until LG starts to address this customer experience.

I absolutely love my HBS 700 headset, so when it was time to purchase another headset, I avoided the HBS 730 b/c of the negative reviews about the shortened range, mic cutting out, etc. I am SO disappointed that I am having the same issues with my HBS 750 headset! How could you go backwards in terms of the features and reliability? What makes it even worse, is the fact that I have purchased FIVE additional headsets as gifts this season. I shudder to think about how disappointed the recipients will be! Last year I purchased several of the HBS 700's for individuals who are still in love with them. Unfortunately, one of them needed a replacement and I bought them the HBS 750. I didn't know how bad they were until I actually purchased a headset for myself. The LG brand has always stood for quality, reliability, and sound products. This headset does not represent that at all. Hopefully, you will resolve the issue and issue a massive recall/replacement program so that we can experience LG at its finest. I most definitely will not recommend this headset to anyone. The mic has gone out at the onset of a phone call, in the middle of phone calls... truly a shame.

MIC mutes after a minute or so

Please update the software for this. My 730 worked great. This new model need a firmware update. I have returned the 750 three times with the same result. Muted mic. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems great at first

This is my second set LG Pro Bluetooth headphones and both have stopped working. The product is great WHEN it is working. I have used them for speaking on the phone as well as listening to music or books when working out and the convenience and comfort is great. At some point, they stop charging and turning on. The first one stopped within the first 3 months and the second stopped at about 13-14 months. Just after warranty expires. This has been disappointing as I think the product would be great if they could fix that defect.

microphone mutes its self

sound is by far the lowest in any of the hbs headsets. ive had the 700 (tone original) the 730 (tone plus), witch were fantastic products. on the 750 though, its mutes its self during calls. where u have to switch from hand-set to headset again, very annoying, even worse when on important calls. the other caller thinks you disconnected ugh!! the live chat says im the next person in line but yet i have been waiting 20 minutes. and there is no software or firmware update to fix i guess im going to send them back for a refund or a credit. i own a lg washer dryer combo that was made this year that i love as well i just hate that im disatified with this headset...
