Vibration Feature is Awesome

I've owned several dozen bluetooth headsets over the years and this is by far my favorite. I work in the wireless industry and used to test them for a carrier. The Tones Pro are by far my favorite stereo and non-stereo bluetooth earpiece. My favorite feature is the vibration (something they appear to have removed on the 800 and 900 series). It's wonderful to be away from my phone and receive a call without the need for an audible ring. When working in a noisy environment this is a huge plus. I have had no issues with range or dropped calls. Sound quality is excellent on both ends of the call. Highly recommend this product.

The headset is malfunctioning with iOS 8

After upgrading my iPhone to iOS 8, the headset buttons no-longer function properly. Be aware of this if you have this headset. If you're manually answering with your iPhone it's fine but you'll have to hang it up with the phone as well. The "multi-function key doesn't answer or Hangul or activate SIRI any longer either! FYI!!!!!!

I have had the 730s and the 750s and both of them work great until I sweat on them. the 730 we're actually louder and had better back ground noise cancellation then the 750. they are great for work but once again until I sweat on them. I have had to take them apart and clean them out with alcohol several times for them to work properly. as soon as I start to sweat they disconnect tell me the route of range connect again and disconnect. Besides them not being waterproof they are a great product.

Almost perfect

There are two major problems I've found. The audio is great, the design great, light weight and quick to connect. Unfortunately this headset has a major flaw. The unit microphone during a call stops responding. It just stops. I have tried to identify the cause and am at a loss. Also the unit shifts around my neck at times. If I don't keep the earbuds in the holder, I have a problem getting to them when I get a call. Thanks

Lg Tone 750 and Lg tone 730

I love this product idea, but after having purchased two and both having defects. I can't afford to purchase another. Will go back to planatronics. My Lg tone 750 the mic goes out and the caller can't hear me, but I can hear the caller just fine. Trying to drive and all of a sudden your mic goes out is very frustrating and not something I want to deal with while driving. It works if I find the on off button and turn it off and back on. It then only works for another five minutes.
Product is a waste of hard earned cash.

Has no noise reduction

Please do not buy this one if you want to use it while driving or go outside of a sound proof room. Cause people will hear everything around you and not you. I drive a truck for a living and cant use it cause I cant be heard.

Fails over time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 4th one of these I have owned. The first 3 failed. They start out great but in 3 to 5 months the sound volume fades on one side and then eventually on the other side. Why did I own 4? The first was because it was highly recommended to me. Started out great. Then the 1st one failed. LG let me trade in the 1st unit for the 2nd, which followed the same pattern of failure over 3 to 5 months. The 3rd unit was a gift to me. It lasted 3 months. Why did I buy a 4th? I like the functions and I have a Triathlon (NO, I never took it in the water) and a half marathon coming up in a few weeks. I needed something while I look for something similar...but more reliable.
