Designer must not be a runner

I purchased these when I upgraded my phone for a wireless option to listen to music while running. Love the concept but I cannot stand the clanging of the pieces around my neck. I can handle the subtle bounce from the neck piece on my skin, but when they hit each other, you can hear that over the speakers and it's soooo annoying. Maybe they would be better on someone with a broader neck where the piece gets stretched out more. I'm by no means a petite person, at 5'6"/138lbs the two ends of the neck piece basically touch each other, I wish there was a way to adjust them to make them shorter to avoid them touching. I've never used as a phone so can't comment on call quality. The audio quality is great. Again, I love the idea of these and they work great, just be cautious when purchasing because if you'll be running or moving around a lot they could bang and clang together and it will drive you bonkers.

The hbs-750 is crystal clear and has great range. The only recommendation would be to improve the background noise reduction. I hear everything perfectly however the party on the other side hears everything in the background.

I got these because I am able to listen to music/Netflix during my work day and they easily last that long along with the ability to use it as a hands-free headset. Callers hear me perfectly and cannot tell that I am on a headset then I can easily switch back to music after my call.

LG Tone Pro 750 Wireless Stereo Headset is the worst headset I own. My primary use was for talking, after a few minutes my mic goes out. I can hear the other person but they can't hear me, so they hang up. This is really annoying, most of the time my phone is not close to save the call from a hang up. I like the design of the headset, I just wish they work like they suppose to. This cost me time and calls.

The fit and function are at opposite ends of the scale.
It fits great, love the weight and usage options like the buttons (almost). Power button is a pain.

But the functions are only saved by the great sound quality. First, the mic cuts out/quits. Second, sound level is way to low - source device full blast and headset full is just above normal. No I do not have a hearing loss.
Lastly, driving factor to return product - IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO COMPUTERS. I can not believe that most computers will pair but not connect. (Mine 2010 Dell XPS and 2012 Toshiba both with win 7.) How can I use Dragonfly, Skype, viber, etc.?

This is my replacement I received 5 months ago since the original purchased LG Pro 750 had connection and mic issues. Now this one has a faulty microphone and makes noises and the caller doesn't hear me. Well, money wasted since the replacement only has a 90 day warranty. NO MORE LG Bluetooth headsets for me. Total waste of money .

Good Earbud bad reliability

I bought my first ear bud that lasted about a year and a half. I use it quite a bit so when the ear piece broke, (ear bud tip broke off) I wasn't surprised. However, I bought another pair and it lasted about 4-6 months before it stopped charging properly and the on/off switch quit working. I contacted LG and they sent me a replacement pair which lasted about 3 months and stopped charging. I am very disappointed in LG and in this product in general. For the money I spent on it and with the LG brand name, I expected a much better product. Very disappointed.
